     Scott McNealy, Chairman and CEO, co-founded Sun Microsystems in 1982. Since the founding of Sun, the beau monde has become one of the world leaders in computing communicate solutions. Thru McNealys participative, charismatic and transformational leading styles, Sun is sure to continue its concord in the labor.     A charismatic leader is one who has a induce vision or sense of purpose, and ability to communicate that vision in clear terms that followers can understand. They also demonstrate a consistency and focus in pursuit of the vision, and an understanding of his or her deliver strengths.
